The Mukono T20 Men’s League has grown into one of the most exciting regional cricket competitions in Uganda, with February 2026 fixtures delivering high-intensity action across multiple grounds in the district. Teams have been competing with determination and skill, producing matches filled with dramatic finishes, standout performances, and tense moments that keep fans on the edge of their seats. The tournament has become a vibrant celebration of cricket beyond the main urban centres, drawing strong local support and fostering a deep sense of community pride.

In the most recent games, Mukono Development made a strong statement with a remarkable double-header performance at Florida Oval. In the morning match, they overcame early batting challenges to post a modest total, then executed a disciplined bowling attack to bowl out Africa CC for a much lower score, securing a 27-run victory. Later in the day, their batting dominated, amassing 154 runs with aggressive stroke play and smart partnerships before their bowlers dismantled Nkokonjeru CC, winning by 118 runs. Martin Bwogi emerged as the standout player, anchoring the batting in both matches and earning back-to-back Player of the Match honors, solidifying his key role in his team’s ascent in the standings.

Other fixtures have continued to deliver unpredictable drama, with clubs such as Mukono Warriors, Africa CC, and Nkokonjeru CC producing thrilling contests and close finishes that keep the points table dynamic. Each game has offered opportunities for emerging talent to shine alongside experienced performers, creating a rich narrative of competition and skill development. With the tournament heading into its final stages later in February, the Mukono T20 Men’s League has not only provided high-quality cricket but has also strengthened the sport’s presence in local communities, inspiring fans and players alike while highlighting the growing depth of talent in Uganda’s domestic cricket landscape.
